CyberPT is respectful to the privacy of its users. The information we gather on the CyberPT Tx site and Mobile Application may be divulged in order to deliver the products and services that we offer to employers and advertisers. By utilizing the Site and Mobile Application you are consenting to our use and to our disclosure of the information that you provide and are consenting to receive emails as described below. CyberPT reserves the right to use information which was given voluntary in order to assist in improving features and services for the Site. Email addresses will be used to send email for communication in accordance with the section. If you do not wish to receive these communications please send a reply email stating you would like to opt out from receiving emails. CyberPT may also disclose specific user information if required by law or to protect the safety of CyberPT or other users of the Site. In addition, in the event of transfer of ownership or assets of CyberPT, personal information we have collected may be transferred to a third party.

Use of CyberPT Tx Mobile Application and Website (For Providers)
Users of the CyberPT Tx mobile application and website understand that all personalized videos recorded of patients / clients are the sole responsibility of the health care provider from which such Content originated. This means that you, and not CyberPT, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the Service. CyberPT does not control the Content posted via the Service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. Under no circumstances will CyberPT be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, uploaded, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Service.
You, the health care provider, agree to not use the mobile application for the following:
Distributing advertisements or solicitation of business;
Distributing inaccurate, invalid or misleading information or impersonating another individual, living or dead, or another company, real or fictitious;
Distributing material that infringes on the copyright, proprietary rights or privacy of others;
Intentionally or unintentionally violating any applicable local, state, national or international laws;
Distributing material or otherwise making available any Content that is unlawful, obscene, pornographic, hateful, harmful, abusive, threatening, defamatory or invasive of anothers privacy as determined by CyberPT;
CyberPT reserves the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to screen, refuse, or remove any Content that is available via the mobile application that violates the Terms & Conditions or is otherwise objectionable. You, the user, agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any Content in the mobile application, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such Content posted in the mobile application. In this regard, you acknowledge that you may not rely on any Content created by CyberPT or submitted to CyberPT. Registration and Password (For Providers)
Please protect your password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You shall be held responsible for all uses of your web site registrations, whether or not authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify CyberPT of any unauthorized use of your registration and password.
You can access, modify and update your registration information by accessing your user profile. Your account can be deleted or deactivated, but doing so will result in your not begin able to access some services or portions of this Site that are available only to registered users.
Trademarks (For Patients / Clients / Providers)
Trademarks, service marks and logos appearing in this site are the property of CyberPT or the party that provided CyberPT with the mark, and we or such party retain all rights to such marks. No rights in any marks are granted to you by this Agreement or by your access to this Site.
Copyright (For Patients / Clients / Providers)
All information, content, text, images, graphics, videos and databases available on CyberPTTx.com and CyberPT TX Mobile Application, and all Site/Mobile templates, coding, images, graphics, and videos on CyberPTTx.com are the property of CyberPT, or its licensors, and cannot be duplicated or stored in any form without prior written permission. None of the content may be copied in any form including reproducing, transcribing, reverse engineering, disassembling, storing in any database or retrieval system. It may not be translated into any other language, resold or distributed without prior permission of CyberPT.
Changes to our Terms and Conditions (For Patients / Clients / Providers)
Changes to these Terms and Conditions will be communicated through the Site at least thirty (30) days in advance of their effective dates. Information collected before changes are made will be secured according to the then-current version of these Terms and Conditions.
Miscellaneous (For Patients / Clients / Providers)
These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted by the laws of Wisconsin, United States of America, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of laws. You specifically consent to personal jurisdiction in Wisconsin in connection with any dispute between you and CyberPT arising out of these Terms and Conditions or pertaining to the subject matter of these Terms and Conditions in the state and federal courts of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that part will be deemed deleted and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. The waiver of a breach of any provision of this Agreement by a party will not operate or be construed as such party's waiver of any other or subsequent breach. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and CyberPT relating to this subject matter.
