Plantarflexion: Resistance Band
- Apply a tied resistance band to the forefoot of the involved side - Hold the other end of the band securely in hand - Plantarflex the ankle so that the foot is moving away from the shin (as if you were pressing on a gas pedal) - Apply greater tension to the band to make the exercise more difficult
