- Begin in a seated position - Place the arch of the foot directly over a frozen water bottle or other hard round object - Apply direct pressure over the arch of the foot by pushing down into the round object - Roll the foot forwards and backwards so a stretch is felt over the arch of the foot - Apply more pressure to feel a greater stretch
