Foam Roll: Upper Back - Begin laying supine (on back) directly on top of the foam roller - Position your legs in location that will help support and keep your upper body balanced - Elevate your hips and lean to the involved side of your upper back that you are trying to foam roll - Roll forwards and backwards from the bottom of your shoulder blade to the bottom of your posterior rib cage - To feel a greater stretch, shift your weight to apply more force over the area that you are foam rolling
