- Begin in a seated position - Wrap a towel around both feet while holding onto the ends with both hands - While maintaining a straight back and proper poster, bend forward at the hips and pull your chest towards your toes - Reach forward until you feel a stretch in your hamstrings and calves - Use the towel to assist your stretch by pulling on the ends and moving your chest towards your toes
