- Begin seated upright in a chair or on the end of a table - Flex the involved knee towards the undersurface of the table by contracting the muscles of your posterior thigh (Hamstrings) - When you’ve reached full flexion or the desired end range of motion, slowly lower your knee back into the extended position - Maintain good posture throughout this exercise
