Patella: Inferior Joint Self-Mobilization

- Begin seated upright with your knee in full extension and completely relaxed - With your thumb and index finger, grab the top and bottom of your knee cap (Patella) - Gently slide the knee cap to move it in an inferior (downward) direction towards your lower leg - Slide the knee cap back to the starting position - Repeat as directed by your health care professional
