Quadriceps: PROM Prone Stretch
- Begin in a prone position (face-down on your stomach) - Flex the involved knee until you can grab your ankle with one or both hands - Pull on your ankle until you feel a stretch throughout your Quadriceps (front of your thigh) - Continue to stretch until you have reached your desired end range of motion - Hold the stretch for the given amount of time directed by your health care professional
