Hip External Rotation: Resistance Band
- Begin in an upright seated position - Tie one end of the resistance band around a stable object that will not move - Tie the other end of the band around the ankle of the involved side - Move your ankle in front of your body/ other limb by rotating your hip against the resistance provided by the band - Do not move the position of the involved knee - Return back to the starting position and repeat - Apply greater tension to the band to make the exercise more difficult
