Piriformis: Seated Stretch w/ Trunk Rotation
- Begin seated on the floor in an upright position - Flex the involved knee and hip and cross your foot over the opposite leg - Grab the bent knee with both hands and pull your leg across your body, bring your knee towards your chest - Place your opposite elbow on the flexed knee - Twist your trunk to rotate towards the flexed knee - Hold this position for the given amount of time as directed by your healthcare professional
