Shoulder FLX: AAROM Bilat w/ Stick
- Begin in a standing position with good posture - Hold the stick or broom handle between your thumb and index fingers (thumbs pointing towards the ceiling) - Pinch your shoulder blades together so they move down and inward - Flex both shoulders overhead at the same time while keeping your elbows straight - Continue to flex your shoulders until you have reached your maximal range of motion - Hold this position for the amount of time your health care professional has assigned
