- Begin in a standing position with your shoulders abducted to 90 degrees (“T” shape) - Fully extend your elbows so your arms are straight - Point your thumbs up towards the ceiling - While maintaining proper posture, begin moving your shoulders in a circular pattern - Complete this exercise in both clockwise and counter clockwise directions
