Foam Roll: Adductors/ Groin
- Begin in a prone position (lying on stomach) on the floor - Position the uninvolved leg on floor and the involved leg to the side (on top of the foam roller) - Using your elbows for support, elevate your hips - Roll side to side from the inside joint line of your knee to the inside of your upper leg/groin area - To feel a greater stretch, shift your weight to apply more force over the area that you are foam rolling
