Foam Roll: Hamstring (Single Leg)

- Begin seated upright on top of the foam roller, the involved hamstring directly on the foam roller - Position the uninvolved leg on top of the involved (bottom) leg in a “figure four” position - Using your arms for support, elevate your hips - Roll forwards and backwards from the bottom of your glutes to the top of the joint line of your knee - To feel a greater stretch, shift your weight to apply more force over the area that you are foam rolling
