Foam Roll: Glutes

- Begin seated upright on top of the foam roller, leaning to the side so the involved glute is directly on the foam roller - Position the uninvolved leg on top of the involved (bottom) leg in a “figure four” position - Using your arms for support, elevate your hips - Roll forwards and backwards from the top of your glutes to the top - To feel a greater stretch, shift your weight to apply more force over the area that you are foam rolling
