- Begin laying face down with both legs (Quadriceps) directly on the foam roller - Shift your weight to the right or left side/leg - Using your arms for support, bend the uninvolved leg to push your body - Roll forwards and backwards from to stretch the entire Quadriceps muscle group - To feel a greater stretch, shift your weight to apply more force over the area that you are foam rolling
