Hamstring: Gravity Drop Stretch
- Begin lying on a table or bed with the distal portion of the involved leg hanging off the end (above knee cap/ joint line) - Place a towel or pillow under your thigh to help elevate the involved leg and feel a deeper stretch - Allow gravity to passively stretch the involved leg, pulling it into knee extension - Do not apply any over-pressure during this stretch - You should feel a stretch in your Hamstring towards the end range of motion
