Hip Extension: AROM Standing
- Begin in a standing position while holding on to a railing, wall, or table for support - While maintaining a straight leg, extend the involved hip to the end range of motion - Return to the starting position and repeat - Keep your back straight and do not lean forward to compensate for lack of motion - The uninvolved leg should also be straight and in alignment with the back/ spine - Maintain proper posture throughout this exercise
